Our house is located at Schlossergasse 17 (back side, entrance to apartments) or at Marktgraben 13 (front side) and was part of the historic Innsbruck city wall. The core of the 15th century, five-story building is documented since 1480.

Check IN Terminal - "self check-in"
Our self-check-in is available for you around the clock (24h).
If it gets really late at night, or our reception is unoccupied, you can book a room at the "Terminal" at the entrance using your credit card at any time.
For reservations with late arrival simply enter your name or reservation number from the hotel, follow the instructions and you will receive your keycard. (valid for entrance and room).
